Signing Experience in Canada
We want your clients to enjoy the most seamless and convenient process possible. That’s why we partnered with Syngrafii; Canada’s most secure, convenient, and cutting-edge signing solution.
When it comes time to sit with the client and execute the signing package, they will login to the secure Video Signing Room (VSR) where they will review the package with their lawyer. Once there, we push a notification out to each signee’s smart phone which will convert the phone into a signature pad! When prompted by the lawyer, the signee can scrawl their signature directly onto their phone. Once they hit “send” the signature is added onto the document in real-time. Upon exiting the session, copies of the executed documentation are simultaneously sent to the client and uploaded into our system while a notice is sent to the broker to let you know we’ve completed signing.
